運用“第二個結合”處理好傳承與發展的關系

新時(shi)(shi)代(dai)(dai)(dai)文化(hua)(hua)繁榮需(xu)要(yao)依靠(kao)文化(hua)(hua)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)承與(yu)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)共同推(tui)動(dong)。不(bu)忘本(ben)來(lai)(lai)才能開辟未(wei)來(lai)(lai),善于傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)承才能更好(hao)創新。“傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)承”與(yu)“發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)”猶(you)如(ru)(ru)文化(hua)(hua)繁榮的(de)鳥之(zhi)(zhi)兩(liang)(liang)(liang)翼、車之(zhi)(zhi)兩(liang)(liang)(liang)輪,兩(liang)(liang)(liang)者相(xiang)互(hu)支撐(cheng)、缺(que)一(yi)不(bu)可。有傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)承而(er)(er)無發(fa)(fa)展(zhan),一(yi)成(cheng)不(bu)變、墨(mo)守(shou)成(cheng)規的(de)文化(hua)(hua)必(bi)然滯后于人民和(he)時(shi)(shi)代(dai)(dai)(dai)的(de)需(xu)求(qiu),湮沒于歷史的(de)長(chang)河;有發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)而(er)(er)無傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)承,缺(que)乏支撐(cheng)的(de)文化(hua)(hua)勢必(bi)掏(tao)空根(gen)基(ji),成(cheng)為經不(bu)起(qi)時(shi)(shi)代(dai)(dai)(dai)檢驗的(de)空中(zhong)樓閣。只(zhi)有妥善處理(li)好(hao)“傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)承”與(yu)“發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)”之(zhi)(zhi)間的(de)關系,在傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)承中(zhong)不(bu)斷(duan)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan),在發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)中(zhong)實(shi)現傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)承,做到(dao)守(shou)正而(er)(er)不(bu)守(shou)舊、尊古而(er)(er)不(bu)復古,如(ru)(ru)此才能真正建成(cheng)文化(hua)(hua)強國,推(tui)動(dong)新時(shi)(shi)代(dai)(dai)(dai)文化(hua)(hua)繁榮。
